We dont just hire electricians we invest in them. As we scale our electrical division we need skilled tradespeople who take pride in their craft and want to grow with us.

THE ROLE

This is a residential electrician position. You will sell install and service electrical systems for homeowners across Brevard County representing Climate Experts with professionalism and delivering a 5-star experience on every call. You will have the freedom to run jobs from estimate to completion backed by a full office team dedicated to making your day run smoothly.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

- Sell and complete residential electrical installations upgrades and repairs

- Diagnose complex electrical issues and provide safe effective solutions

- Install wiring panels lighting and smart home systems

- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics

- Identify customer needs and recommend the right solutions

- Deliver a white glove customer experience on every call

- Keep accurate job documentation and reports

- Maintain safety as a top priority at all times

- Help train and mentor future team members as the department grows

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 5 years of hands-on residential or light commercial electrical experience

- Thorough understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)

- Ability to sell repairs and installations on-site

- Strong communication skills able to present options clearly to homeowners

- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule

- Valid Florida drivers license with a clean driving record

- Must pass background check and drug screening

- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills

- Follows our tobacco-free policy

SCHEDULE

Full time. No on-call rotations. Up to 4 days off per week.
