Electrical Service Technician – Electrician ( Full-Time ) Charlotte, NC DK

The Electrical Service Technician Electrician will be responsible for diagnosing troubleshooting repairing and installing residential electrical systems while delivering outstanding customer service. This role is ideal for an experienced electrician who can work independently communicate effectively with homeowners and provide reliable electrical solutions.

• Diagnose troubleshoot and repair residential electrical issues.

• Evaluate homeowners electrical needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Perform electrical repairs upgrades and installations in compliance with residential electrical codes.

• Provide professional customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Complete approximately 34 residential service calls per day.

• Coordinate daily assignments with the dispatch team.

• Maintain accurate documentation of completed work and service activities.

• Ensure all work is completed safely and according to company standards.

• Travel directly from home to job sites without requiring daily office visits.

• Valid drivers license required.

• Minimum 4 years of residential electrical service experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of residential electrical codes and standards.

• Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.

• Experience performing electrical repairs installations and service calls independently.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to interact professionally with homeowners and provide clear recommendations.
