Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate competitive electrical estimates and bids.
Research project costs and review project scope.
Communicate with customers and negotiate pricing.
Lead train and support the estimating team.
Present estimates to senior management.
Follow up on bids and forecast potential project awards.
Coordinate with field operations on awarded projects.
Qualifications:
5 years of electrical estimating experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software (Accubid preferred).
Strong communication organizational and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail teamwork and leadership skills.
Ability to work on-site in Hampstead MD.
