INNIO Waukesha Engineis the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of Waukesha Natural Gas Engines founded in 1906 in Waukesha Wisconsin. As an OEM of natural gas engines Waukesha relies on its network of channel partners for the sales of new equipment OEM remanufactured equipment and parts (reUp) model conversions and upgrade kits and maintenance parts. Waukeshas channel partners package overhaul repair commission and service Waukesha equipment globally.

About the Role:
Revolution Power Solutions is seeking an experiencedMechanical Assemblerto join our growing team in Waller Texas. This role is key to our mission of delivering high-performance power systems for critical energy and industrial applications. Youll be hands-on assembling advanced power generation equipment ensuring every unit meets rigorous quality and safety standards.
Role Summary
Designanddevelopment of electrical systems forourpowergeneration and oilfield equipment. This role will focus onelectricalcomponentand system design includingone-line diagrams load lists BOM creation testing procedures and system troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will collaborate withengineering supply chain quality and manufacturing teamsto delivercost-effective reliable and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- System Design: Create electrical schematics wiring diagrams power distribution layouts and bill of materials (BOMs) for packaged equipmentskidsand control cabinets.
- Controls & Programming: Configure program and troubleshoot PLCs Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) and variable frequency drives (VFDs).
- ComponentSizing: Size and specify electrical components motors sensors transformers and safety relays based on load requirements and NEC/IEC standards.
- Testing & Validation: Conduct point-to-point checks functional testing and factory acceptance testing (FAT) before customer delivery.
- Cross-Functional Support: Coordinate with mechanical and packaging design teams to ensure proper thermal management enclosure integrity and wire routing.
Required Qualifications
- BachelorsDegreein Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum3years experiencein industrial automation machinery manufacturing or modular equipment packaging.
- Industrial control panel standards (UL508A NFPA 79 NEC).Strong troubleshooting ability hands-on wiring aptitude and clear technical.AutoCAD Electrical EPLAN or SolidWorks Electrical.
