Job Summary
LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking an eLearning Developer to join our team.
Location: Hurlburt Field FL
Job Description:
The eLearning Developer supports the modernization of Special Tactics training through the design development and implementation of interactive digital learning products and instructional technologies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop online learning modules
- Design multimedia instructional products
- Support learning management systems
- Create digital assessments
- Collaborate with instructors and curriculum developers
- Ensure courseware meets learning objectives
- Other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Current active Secret security clearance (T3 background investigation). Please visit the following link for more information: degree in Education or Psychology
- Minimum five years supporting DoD instructional technology programs
- Experience developing online training solutions
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Desired Qualifications:
- Articulate Storyline experience
- Adobe Captivate experience
- SCORM development experience
- Military training background
