Job Summary
Description - Early Intervention Tutor 32.5 Hours/Week at Great Oak Elementary School (Monday - Friday; 8:45 - 3:45 with half hour unpaid lunch)
* Experience working with elementary aged students in teaching reading; musthold teaching certification
* Experience with a variety of reading programs preferred
* Experience using the DIBELS and CORE Phonics assessements preferred
* Ability to differentiate instruction and progress monitor
* Knowledge of the SRBI/MTSS process including TIER II and III interventions
* Willingness to participate in literacy instruction training
* Competent in basic computer skills
* Duties as assigned by building administration (i.e. lunch recess sub coverage)
Salary Range Commensurate with Experience: $24.63 - $27.27 Per Hour
Requirements: Valid CT Teaching Certificate (Elementary Reading SPED)
