Pay: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Lead one of our Infant Toddler or Preschool classrooms with confidence and enthusiasm
- Create a warm welcoming and engaging classroom environment from opening day
- Implement The Learning Experiences proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum through hands-on developmentally appropriate learning experiences
- Foster childrens cognitive language physical and social-emotional development
- Mentor Assistant Teachers and help establish a collaborative positive team culture
- Build strong relationships with children families and fellow educators
- Maintain classroom organization while ensuring full compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and health and safety standards
- Massachusetts EEC Teacher Certification required
- Previous Lead Teacher experience in a licensed childcare or preschool program preferred
- Strong classroom management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Passion for creating exceptional early learning experiences
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- $22.00 per hour
