Job Summary

General Description:Participates in the development and coordination of training programs for members to enhance their Quality of Life and increase their independence. Provides direct supervision and training to members utilizing normalization principles. Education/ExperienceHigh School diploma required with minimum two years of college in psychology special education or human services field preferred. Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities preferred. Must be a minimum of 18 years of TasksMaintains program standards of operation and members health safety and welfare including appropriate medication administration and medical compliance with CCP policies and procedures in regard to member and program appropriate staff/member compliance with the annual Individual Support Plan (ISP) process for compliance with the Agencys Periodic Service Review and other quality assurance compliance with CAU Policies and Procedures CCP Policies and Procedures as well as CARF and licensing compliance with all required state and federally mandated background and exclusion checks including but not limited to criminal history background investigation (fingerprinting) Central Registry Child Abuse Record Information (CARI) and motor vehicle Carelogic CAU e-mail account on a regular appropriate direct supports to with Agency personnel legal authorities and Department of Human Services or any part or successor thereof in any inspection or other duties as :3pm-11pm with some variation. Weekends required.
