âThe Driver I is responsible for safely loading transporting and unloading products and supplies while ensuring packaging accuracy and compliance with company standards. This role supports production and delivery operations by performing manual packaging tasks conducting basic quality checks and operating delivery vehicles and material handling equipment. The Driver I contributes to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through reliable and timely execution of assigned duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Package materials supplies and products to meet production and customer requirements.
• Ensure packagingcomplies withcompany policies safety standards and applicable regulations.
• Secure loads usingappropriate packingmethods to ensure safe transport.
• Operate manual loading devices and equipment to support packaging and delivery activities.
• Load deliver and unload products and materials using company vehicles including up to 32 flatbed trucks.
• Perform basic quality control checks such as measuring weighing strength testing and visual inspection of packaging and product appearance.
• Fold tape label and stack boxes on pallets according to operational guidelines.
• Adhere to all state driving regulations and company safety protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production andlogisticsoperations.

KnowledgeSkillsand Abilities:

• Valid unrestricted drivers licenserequired.
• Familiarity with standard packaging and loading practices tools and safety procedures.
• Ability tooperateforklifts pallet jacks and other manual load devices.
• Basic understanding of quality control principles and inspection techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Customer service orientation with a focus ontimelyand safe delivery.
• Experience in a hands-on production orlogisticsenvironment preferred.

Educational/Certification Requirement:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience Requirement:

Work Experience:

• Previousdriving experience preferred.
• 1- 2 years of related work experience.
