Job responsibilities:Directly supervises senior residential advisors and residential advisors. Responsible for the management of assigned residential living dorms which include a safe and homelike atmosphere dormitory and maintenance social skills dorm culture and student leadership.
Essential functions:
Plan coordinate and manage the administrative and programmatic activities of assigned dorms.
Review and approve all budgetary expenditures for assigned dorms; provide property control and facilities management for assigned dorms; manage dorm incentive program for assigned dorms
Provide staff training evaluate staff performance administer staff discipline and implement departmental changes as approved by the director social development & student services
Assist in the development and implementation of new and revised policies procedures and programs affecting residential living; participate in on-going residential living self-assessments
Education and Experience Requirements:
Associates degree and 2 years related experience working with youth 2 of which should be in a supervisory capacity
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency required
Valid Utah drivers license with an acceptable driving record
