Key Objectives
  • Support the documentation process by preparing organizing and maintaining company records and project files.
  • Ensure all documents are accurate up-to-date and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline document workflows and improve overall information management.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in creating formatting and proofreading documents reports and presentations.
  • Maintain and update document databases filing systems and archives both digitally and physically.
  • Coordinate with team members to gather necessary information and ensure documentation completeness.
  • Track document versions and revisions to maintain consistency and compliance with company standards.
  • Support administrative tasks related to document control and record keeping.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
  • Assist in training new staff on documentation procedures as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in office administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in document management administrative support or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and familiarity with document management software.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
