Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Remote Document Processor to join our this role you will review organize update and maintain digital documents while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Responsibilities
- Review and process electronic documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Organize sort and file digital records according to company procedures.
- Enter and update information in databases and document management systems.
- Scan upload and archive documents as needed.
- Verify data and correct errors when identified.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Communicate with team members regarding missing or incomplete documents.
- Meet productivity and quality standards.
- Perform other administrative support tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer and internet skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and home workspace.
