Compensation: $15.92 per hour

Reports to:Document Imaging Manager
Position Summary
The Document Imaging Preparation Clerk supports the document imaging process by preparing paper documents for scanning and digital conversion. This position requires strong attention to detail organization confidentiality and the ability to follow established procedures and instructions with minimal supervision.
Because document preparation requirements may vary by project the employee must be flexible and able to adapt to changes in workflow location and work environment.
Qualifications
- Proficient in reading writing and communicating in English.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to follow verbal instructions checklists and task lists accurately.
- Strong attention to detail logical thinking and organizational skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with document imaging operations in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Prepare documents for scanning by removing staples paper clips binder clips and other fasteners.
- Move Post-it notes receipts and other items that cover document text securing them appropriately when necessary.
- Carefully unfold creases and corners while maintaining the correct orientation of each document.
