Division Manager

An outstanding full-time opening has become available in the Cathedral City CA area for an individual with 7 years experience as a Division/Operations Manager preferably with a background in Waste Management. This position would earn a generous base salary a great health benefits package a 401K plan generous PTO and other outstanding perks.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration

• Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have 7 years of Division/Operations Management experience within Waste/Recycling Management Logistics Fleet or Transportation industries.
• Familiarity with maintaining division disciplines (i.e. dispatch routing maintenance and support operations) with high priority of safety and optimization is a MUST
• Oversight of operational costs planning/developing procedures and other administrative responsibilities including hiring/training is a MUST
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a MUST
• Experience with OSHA and DOT compliance is a MUST

• A Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Management/Logistics is HIGHLY PREFERRED
