District Service Manager Imaging Systems (Field Greater Los Angeles)

As a District Service Manageryou will lead and manage a team of Field Service Engineers forImaging Systemscustomer services participating in the development and implementation of strategic and tactical plans to achieve annual revenue targets from core business and value-added services. Your team will be responsible for customer satisfaction performing to maintain and enhance the image of Philips in the local marketplace.

Your role:

• Recruit onboard and integrate new hires while developing and retaining top a culture of integrity communicate business strategy and build a productive customer-focused team environment.

• Drive business and service strategies to achieve customer loyalty and manage relationships with regional customer-focused solutions ensure Net Promoter Score excellence and adhere to escalation processes.

• Build and execute the regions business plan aligned with strategy and goals while driving operational performance and with Business Operations to boost efficiency delegate metrics and ensure regulatory adherence.

• Own and drive financial results(full profit/lossresponsibilities)for the region while developing a business plan focused on growth and cross-functionally to manage risks and identify growth opportunities.

• Prioritize and execute strategic and tactical initiatives to balance revenue growth productivity and customer on customer retention service price realization and increasing contract capture rates by collaborating with sales teams.

• Collaborate with various internal stakeholders (business line management field sales distribution channels and management administrative functions technical innovation and support services) to meet the needs of a diverse customer base.

Youre the right fit if:

• Youve acquired 5 years of direct and/or indirect experience in leadership withinservice delivery service operations oranotherrelated field. Diagnostic imaging or related healthcare technology background highly preferred.

• Your skills include solid experience managing a profit/loss business and the ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives to generate growth in revenue; ability to create competitive strategies and plans.

• You have a bachelors degreeinBusiness Management Engineering Health Science Architecture orotherrelatedfield of studyOR equivalent combination of education and above listed experience(9 years).

• Youhave excellent leadership teamwork influencing mentoring coaching and interpersonal skills; excellent analytical organization and time management skills; effective communication skills including demonstrated stand-up presentation skills group facilitation and ability to effectively interact with customers.

• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for thisposition.

• You must be able to:

• Travel for business and operate a company motor vehicle/drive (must maintain licensure and comply with fleet policy). Approximately60% travel across the specified geography required. Occasional overnight stays and travel by air and/or train may be required.

• Work in an office/home office and/or remote setting as well as in a hospital/healthcare environment; adhere to requirements.

• Work flexible hours.

• Wear all required personal protective equipment.

• Lead/supervise others.

• Comply with vendor credentialing.

The annual pay range for this position inCAis $131000 to $208000.

This role also includes company fleet/car training and advancement actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factorsincludingjob-related knowledge/skills experience business needsgeographicallocation and internal equity.

In addition other compensation such as anannual incentive bonus sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
