Willingham Works is a nurse-led woman-owned small business based in Elizabethtown Kentucky. We support government agencies and public sector organizations by building dependable staffing pipelines for critical operations and support roles.
WE ARE BUILDING OUR CANDIDATE POOL
We are currently connecting with Dispatchers and Public Safety Support Professionals in Ruston Louisiana and the surrounding 10-mile areas for upcoming opportunities. This is NOT an immediate opening we are building a pre-screened candidate pool for future client and contract needs.

Preferred qualifications:
Dispatch emergency response or call center experience
Strong communication and multitasking skills

Experience handling high-volume calls
Familiarity with CAD systems or public safety software is a plus
Open to various shifts including nights weekends and holidays
