In this role you will be working as a Dispatch Assistant for a client that works in the construction industry. This position will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of logistics for a construction company.

This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked onsite. This role must be worked on-site.

Pay; $40000-$50000/Yr. depending on experience

Communicate with production coordinator on scheduled projects
Communicate with customers on delivery dates and location through completion of the projects
Breakdown drawings to determine number of loads positioning on the trailer etc..
Prepare and maintain all documents (pack slips) to be given to drivers
Coordinate with warehouse on materials needed
Direct all internal and external trucks coming onto the property
