In this role you will be working as a Dispatch Assistant for a client that works in the construction industry. This position will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of logistics for a construction company.
This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked onsite.
Pay; $40000-$50000/Yr. depending on experience
- Communicate with production coordinator on scheduled projects
- Communicate with customers on delivery dates and location through completion of the projects
- Breakdown drawings to determine number of loads positioning on the trailer etc..
- Prepare and maintain all documents (pack slips) to be given to drivers
- Coordinate with warehouse on materials needed
- Direct all internal and external trucks coming onto the property
