What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:

As a Dishwasher/Steward you will support daily culinary operations by maintaining cleanliness sanitation and organization throughout the kitchen. This role is essential to ensuring our culinary team can provide exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of safety and sanitation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Washing and sanitizing dishes glassware silverware pots pans and kitchen equipment in accordance with health and sanitation standards.
• Maintaining a clean and organized dish area while ensuring proper flow of kitchen operations.
• Preparing dining areas and kitchen stations for upcoming shifts through cleaning organizing and restocking.
• Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment including coffee makers mixers cookware and other culinary tools.
• Assisting with receiving unloading and properly storing deliveries.
• Sweeping and mopping floors while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
• Removing trash recycling and maintaining cleanliness of waste areas.
• Supporting chefs cooks and restaurant team members with additional tasks as needed.
• Following all food safety sanitation and workplace safety standards.
• Contributing to a positive team environment by demonstrating reliability professionalism and a willingness to help.

What Were Looking For:

• No prior experience required; hospitality or kitchen experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced culinary environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate commercial kitchen equipment and cleaning machinery.
• Ability to lift carry push and pull up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and a willingness to support the culinary team.
• Flexible schedule including evenings weekends holidays and special events as business needs require.

Additional Information:

This is a non-exempt hourly position. A flexible schedule is required based on business needs including evenings weekends holidays and overnight shifts.
