Our Education Studio is growing and were looking for an experienced Director to join our Education studio whos ready to get hands-on across a range of project types and scales.

What youll be doing:

No two days are exactly the same but you can count on a few constants. Including:

• Manage design and production work for the Term Contracts team
• Work closely with Principals and Baskervill support staff to make sure Baskervill processes are followed
• Mentor junior design staff to make sure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Serve as the clients primary point of contact for projects
• Be involved in all aspects of the design process including internal and external team meetings from concept through construction administration
• Coordinate with internal and external project team members engineers and consultants in a timely fashion with professionalism and compassion
• Oversee drawings in Revit

About you:

A great match for our team is someone who has:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture Interior Design or Engineering
• 12 years of professional architecture interior design or engineering experience ideally with experience in Education project types
• Professional licensure or working towards licensure
• Proficiency in Revit
• Knowledge and aptitude in other design software platforms preferred including but not limited to: SketchUp Enscape Adobe Creative Suite Miro and Office 365
• A desire to work collaboratively with team members in a constructive and engaged manner
• Experience managing/mentoring junior staff
• The willingness to travel as there will be travel to regional campuses required
