Director of Product Management

Volta is the category-defining fully vertically integrated AI infrastructure platform from capital to clusters to software under a founder-led enterprise. Launched with a $10B strategic partnership with one of the leading frontier AI labs a Series A led by Andreessen Horowitz and a $5B AI Infrastructure Fund Volta is building the infrastructure layer of the AI era from the ground up. We are 100 people across London Palo Alto and New York with rapid growth expectations to hundreds.

The Director of Product Management owns product strategy and leadership across Voltas platform product organization setting direction across control plane orchestration user interfaces inference and security product areas and leading the group product managers who own each. Reporting to senior leadership you will make sure the product roadmap reflects both customer needs and Voltas long-term platform strategy.

This is a senior product leadership role at a company scaling fast with real influence over how the entire platform product organization is structured and run.

• Own overall product strategy and roadmap across Voltas platform product areas

• Lead and develop the group product managers owning control plane orchestration UI inference and security

• Align product priorities with company strategy and executive leadership

• Represent product strategy to customers investors and executive stakeholders as needed

• Drive prioritization and trade-off decisions across competing product areas

• Build product management practices processes and career development across the team

• Partner with engineering leadership to align product and platform roadmaps

• Significant product management leadership experience including managing other product leaders

• A track record owning product strategy for a complex technical platform

• Strong executive presence and communication skills

• Deep experience in infrastructure cloud or developer-facing products

• Excellent judgement balancing customer needs technical feasibility and business priorities
