A nationally recognized architecture planning and interiors firm is seeking a Director of Interior Design to lead growth across the Pacific Northwest. This is a high-impact client-facing opportunity for a respected design professional who enjoys building business shaping market strategy and helping talented teams succeed.
What Youll Do
- Lead the firms interior design growth strategy across the Pacific Northwest
- Develop relationships with owners developers investors builders and industry partners
- Identify new opportunities and guide major pursuits from initial contact through project delivery
- Serve as a trusted advisor on interior design procurement and project execution
- Represent the firm at industry events conferences and speaking engagements
- Mentor designers and project leaders in client engagement and business development
- Help strengthen a collaborative accountable and inclusive team culture
What Youll Bring
- Bachelors degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- 10 years of leadership experience within a highly regarded design firm
- 10 years of successful business development experience
- Strong relationships and market knowledge within the Pacific Northwest
- A proven ability to generate opportunities and build executive-level client relationships
- Excellent communication presentation and pursuit leadership skills
- Certified Interior Designer credentials are preferred
