Job Summary
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma
- Trade license in building or grounds trades or a degree in Engineering Architecture or Facilities/Building Management preferred
- Must possess or have the ability to obtain and maintain:
- State of Michigan Wellworks System Operators Licence D-5 and S-5
- AHERA Operations/Maintenance Licence/Certificate
- Demonstrated knowledge of basic principles regarding construction maintenance security HVAC and grounds
- Experience in a school transportation program including knowledge of school bus traffic laws mechanics safety and routing
- Strong organizational written and verbal communication skills along with proficiency with computers
- Demonstrate a commitment to Ionia Public Schools Strategic Plan and core values
- Demonstrated ability as a leader through excellent communication skills and ability to create a positive team culture
- Ability to plan organize and execute the full range of administrative tasks
