What theyre looking for:
- Lead a small team of Engineers.
- Manage new product development design prototyping testing and manufacturing support.
- Drive continuous improvement and engineering projects.
- Provide technical/customer support and manage BOMs in Epicor.
- 10 years of product development experience.
- 5 years managing an Engineering Department.
- Strong SolidWorks/3D CAD experience.
- Experience with plastic metal and electromechanical products.
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
- Hands-on self-starter who can work across multiple areas.
