Are you a strategic leader with deep technical expertise in DMS (Document Management System) platforms like NetDocuments and iManage Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where innovation collaboration and impact are the norm Were seeking a Director of Consulting DMS to lead high-stakes DMS projects drive business development and mentor a team of exceptional consultants. What Youll Do:

• Spearhead business development and grow client relationships with AmLaw 200 firms
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex multi-year DMS implementations
• Design and deploy content lifecycle strategies using NetDocuments iManage and related tools
• Oversee and mentor a team of consultants ensuring top-tier client outcomes
• Conduct in-depth business analysis and deliver actionable recommendations
• Represent eSentio at industry events and contribute thought leadership through articles and speaking engagements
• Stay on top of legal tech trends vendor developments and certifications
• Partner cross-functionally to shape our go-to-market strategies and service offerings

What You Bring:

• 3 years of consulting experience with large (global preferred) law firms
• 7 years of hands-on experience leading large-scale ECM or DMS projects
• Deep expertise in NetDocuments iManage and related integrations
• Strong understanding of legal governance compliance and security frameworks
• Demonstrated success in business development and team leadership
• Excellent communication presentation and client-facing skills
• Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
