Job Responsibilities

• Leads complex integration and separation engagements across multiple transactions.
• Provides strategic guidance to clients on post-transaction planning execution and risk management.
• Oversees engagement teams delivery quality and issue resolution.
• Supports client relationship management and engagement expansion opportunities.
• Collaborates with deal functional and advisory leaders to deliver integrated solutions.
• Mentors managers and supports development of future leaders.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Finance Accounting or a related field.
• 9 years of experience.
• Proven experience leading complex client engagements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience serving private equity or large corporate clients.
• Consulting or advisory leadership experience.

Additional Role Expectations

• Travel: As required by client engagements.
• Peak Periods: Increased workload during major transactions.
• Scheduling: High flexibility based on client needs.
