Youll ensure the delivery of high quality developmentally appropriate patient and family centered care.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Provides 24-hour accountability for clinical administrative and HR activities across respiratory care and clinical support services
Ensures delivery of high-quality cost-effective patient care within a family-centered care environment
Identifies and creates professional growth opportunities for leadership teams and staff
Leads and participates in performance improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery and patient satisfaction
Contributes to departmental budgeting setting goals aligned with strategic initiatives
Builds and maintains effective relationships with senior leadership medical staff and cross-functional teams while communicating key updates
Supports and improves the departmental work environment and staff engagement
Oversees development and implementation of clinical procedures and ensures appropriate staff competencies

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in respiratory care Required
RCP Licensed Respiratory Care from the Texas Medical Board Required
RRT CERT Certified Registered Respiratory Therapist by the National Board for Respiratory Care Required
BLS Basic Life Support American Heart Association Preferred
Experience in a managerial role (2 years) Required
Neonatal pediatric and adult respiratory therapy (5 years) Required
