Job Summary
The Program Supervisor role entails a variety of responsibilities the most important is to ensure the members are safe at all will be responsible for schedules and making sure all shifts are covered and staff understand their roles and responsibilitiesYou will ensure that all members have all their medicationsYou will ensure the house has food and supplies at all timesIRs are to be documented in a timely manner you will let your Program Director know of all IRs in a timely mannerYou are responsible to call your Program Director and or 911 depending on the seriousness of the injuryYou are responsible to ensure that staff are documenting hourly/daily to meet state requirementsThere may be other responsibilities/tasks your Program Director asks you to do.
