Digital Product Manager Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Digital Product Manager - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte NC Minneapolis MN or Irving TX. This is a 12 month contract opportunity.

In this role you will consult on and participate in moderately complex initiatives within Digital Product Management contributing to large-scale planning and deliverables. The position involves reviewing and analyzing complex challenges resolving issues and collaborating with client personnel to support the existing roadmap and critical priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Digital Product Management
• Contribute to large-scale planning related to Digital Product Management deliverables
• Review and analyze moderately complex Digital Product Management challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet deliverables
• Collaborate with client personnel in Digital Product Management while leveraging a solid understanding of the function policies procedures and compliance requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Five or more years of experience in Digital Product Management product development content platforms or digital optimization
• Strong understanding of agile methodology and backlog management
• Understanding of business value related to platform capabilities and features
• Outstanding communication presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively manage competing stakeholder needs
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS platforms
• Experience coordinating testing efforts and driving quality assurance across cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in interpreting test data and using analytics tools to measure performance and inform decisions

Desired skills:

• Agile certification
• Prior experience in the financial services industry

Pay range: $43.13 - $51.13 per hour
