Senior Associates play an integral client-facing project or work-stream leadership role. While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths the Sr. Associate can expect to spend their time with a heavy focus on material client interaction through all projects project management intensive data-analysis and the identification for the so-whats therein and to creating compelling client-ready presentations. Additionally the Sr. Associate will focus on developing junior team members.

Travel up to 50% as needed to work with clients or other internal project teams.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end solution design of Oracle Cloud Procurement for Hospital/Health System clients.
• Hands-on execution of all phases of an Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycle - Design Configure Validate Deploy Support.
• Collaborate with integration reporting and data teams to ensure seamless end-to-end design.
• Partner with senior team members to learn best practices and build technical/functional expertise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in analyzing requirements writing functional specifications conducting tests troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users.
• At least 2 years of related experience with cloud implementations.
• Implementation/configuration experience with the following Oracle Cloud modules: Sourcing Self-service requisitioning Purchasing Supplier Portal & Qualification Management Contract Lifecycle Management.
• Prior experience leading or supporting implementations for clients in Hospitals and Health Systems.
• Strong analytical skills used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teams.
• Ability to own project workstreams through self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks with little to no supervision.
• A desire and willingness to learn new tools techniques concepts and methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with clients or other internal project teams.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $120000 - $145000 USD. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors including but not limited to specific skills or certifications years of experience market changes and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Hurons annual incentive compensation program which reflects Hurons pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity the total estimated compensation range for this job is $134400 - $171100 USD. The job is also eligible to participate in Hurons benefit plans which include medical dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
