Position Overview:

A highly successful independent and completely physician-owned radiology practice is seeking a full-time Diagnostic Radiologist to join its expanding Central Florida team. This rare opportunity features a transparent democratic two-year track to full partnership. The incoming physician will join a collaborative network of several physicians managing multiple premier outpatient imaging centers ambulatory surgical sites (ASC/OBL) and diversified regional hospital relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality efficient interpretations for general non-subspecialty diagnostic imaging.
• Maintain a service-first highly collaborative mentality with internal colleagues and referring clinical teams.
• Utilize advanced leading-edge imaging technology across a highly coordinated independent practice infrastructure.

Requirements:

• MD/DO or equivalent with specialized residency training in Diagnostic Radiology.
• Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) by the American Board of Radiology.
• Valid medical licensure in the state of Florida (or immediate eligibility).
• Strong attention to detail excellent visual acuity and a desire to work in an independent democratically governed group.
