As a DEXA Technician at BodySpec youll spend your shifts doing the work that drew you to health and wellness in the first place. Youll sit one-on-one with people who came into our Denver storefront specifically to learn real measurable things about their bodies running their DEXA scans and walking them through what the results mean. No memberships to sell no client book to build no busywork that doesnt actually help anyone just preventive health work that makes a real difference one scan at a time. Part-time DEXA Technicians in Denver CO start at $24/hour with monthly and annual performance bonuses and equity on top.

What Will You Do

• Run DEXA scans for clients in our Denver storefront delivering a polished one-on-one experience for dozens of people each shift.
• Walk every client through their results explaining what the scan shows and answering their questions with warmth and clarity.
• Own the storefront experience from open to close: greeting clients managing the schedule and keeping the day running smoothly.
• Get fully trained and licensed as a DEXA technician on us. We cover licensing costs and provide best-in-class training.
• Keep the storefront and equipment clean maintained and ready for the next client including general administrative and upkeep work between scans.
• Jump into whatever else the Leadership Team needs. Small team lots of variety.

Requirements

• Based in Denver CO and able to work in-person at our storefront.
• Available part-time for weekend coverage either Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday. Shifts are 8 hours.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (equipment handling).
• 0-2 years of customer-facing experience (flexible if you can demonstrate the skills). Backgrounds in personal training health coaching fitness or nutrition (or degrees in kinesiology exercise science or related fields) are common but not required.
• If youve taken standardized tests (SAT ACT ASVAB or similar) please share your scores. Not required and not the sole factor but it helps us calibrate since we dont run pre-employment testing.
• Ability to thrive with direct unfiltered feedback. Well tell you exactly what you need to improve.

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $24/hour
• Performance Bonus: Up to 7% of your annual base paid yearly half in cash and half in stock options
• Monthly Bonus: $250/month when we hit our goals split between personal performance ($125) and company goals ($125) for up to $3000 a year
• Equity: Stock options through your performance bonus plus additional grants based on performance

All team members regardless of position are eligible for additional stock option grants and profit sharing based on performance. We expect both cash and equity compensation to grow as the company scales.
