Job Title: DevSecOps Engineer

Location: San Ramon CA (Onsite)

Duration: 12 Months

Employment Type: Contract

Pay Rate Range: $50 to $52

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps Engineer with strong expertise in AWS Azure and Cloud Security. role will focus on enabling secure cloud operations implementing guardrails and driving automation within cloud environments. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of technical depth security expertise and hands-on engineering experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage DevSecOps practices across AWS and Azure environments.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Define implement and monitor IAM guardrails and access management best practices.
• Support security and compliance requirements by leveraging tools like Wiz and Remote PC.
• Collaborate with system administrators and security teams to enforce cloud security posture management.
• Monitor analyze and remediate vulnerabilities within cloud environments.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to team members.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8 years of experience in DevSecOps cloud engineering or related roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Proven experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Solid understanding of Cloud Security best practices and security controls.
• Experience managing systems and security in hybrid cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of IAM guardrails with practical experience in implementation.
• Familiarity with Wiz (cloud security posture management).
• Experience working with Remote PC setups in enterprise environments.
• Excellent problem-solving communication and collaboration skills.
