As an Automotive Detailer at Smith Ford you will be responsible for ensuring every vehicle on our lot and delivering to our customers looks its best. From thorough interior cleaning to full exterior washes your work will directly impact our customer satisfaction and brand reputation.

No prior professional detailing experience is required though a strong eye for detail a solid work ethic and a positive attitude are essential.

• Clean wash wax vacuum and detail customer vehicles and dealership inventory (new and pre-owned).

• Clean upholstery carpets dashboards windows and interior surfaces thoroughly.

• Inspect completed vehicles to ensure they meet Smith Fords high quality standards before customer delivery or lot placement.

• Move vehicles safely around the dealership lot and service bays as needed.

• Maintain a clean organized and safe work area equipment and shop environment.

• Assist the service and sales teams with general shop maintenance and vehicle prep work as requested.

• Experience: Previous detailing or car wash experience is a plus but not required. We will train the right candidate!

• Attention to Detail: High standard of cleanliness and quality in your work.

• Work Ethic: Punctual reliable physically active and able to work in various weather conditions.

• Valid Drivers License: Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record to safely move vehicles.

• Team Player: Strong attitude good communication skills and ability to follow directions well.
