This is a long-term contract position that requires you to be on site in Las Vegas.
You will get to: Provide technical assistance and support computer systems software and hardware IMACs: installs moves adds and changes Monitor desktop andnetwork equipment inventory Handle preventive maintenance on hardware Troubleshoot diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues for laptops desktops and mobile phones White-glove service for senior executive support Help with relocation and other facility Train users on new systems and applications as needed
THE WELL QUALIFIED CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: 6 months in large preferably enterprise environment Familiarity with common computer systems mobile devices and other tech products Enjoys and skilled at basic troubleshooting of hardware and software issues Knowledgeable in O365 Win10 SCCM and Trend Micro Must be customer-facing with strong English skills written and verbal Basic knowledge of Networking fundamentals/protocols ( DHCP TCP/IP LAN WAN ) Possesses the ability to test hardware and peripherals and replace parts and components Bachelors degree A Training and/or Certification MCP Certification Self-directed and able to prioritize urgent issues
