Deployment Strategist

Join a growing healthtech team to lead end-to-end software deployments for healthcare organizations. You will own project planning and customer relationships partnering with a technical counterpart on implementation execution.

• Lead a portfolio of three to five customer implementations from kickoff through go-live managing project plans timelines and financial outcomes.
• Coordinate stakeholders and decision-makers across complex healthcare organizations.
• Run kickoff calls weekly syncs and stakeholder check-ins as the primary non-technical customer contact.
• Build and improve the implementation playbook and deployment processes.
• Partner with a forward-deployed engineer owning project management and stakeholder coordination while they lead technical execution.

• Two to five years of experience in deployment implementation customer success enterprise onboarding or project management.
• Direct healthcare or healthtech implementation experience including ownership of software deployments through go-live.
• Experience tracking complex multi-workstream projects with numerous parallel deliverables and deadlines.
• Background in a high-growth startup or leading consulting environment and success working in fast-paced ambiguous settings.
• Working knowledge of APIs LLMs and technical documentation with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
• Strong organization stakeholder management communication and hands-on execution skills.

Base salary is $135000 to $180000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available including for candidates requiring O-1 or TN status.

On-site five days per week in New York New York. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to the area.
