You hold a DDS or DMD from an accredited program
You are Board Certified or Board Eligible
You hold or are eligible for an Indiana dental license and DEA

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $152000$190000 based on experience
Health insurance: Employer pays 75%
Dental & vision insurance available
Retirement plan
PTO: 160 hours
40 hours of personal time
10 paid holidays
CME: 5 days plus a $2500 annual allowance
HRSA loan repayment eligibility
FTCA malpractice coverage
Relocation assistance may be available
