Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing operations in a dental practice
• Strong knowledge of scheduling treatment planning insurance verification claims processing and patient collections
• Experience leading and developing front office and clinical team members
• Proven ability to monitor and improve production collections accounts receivable and schedule efficiency
• Proficiency with dental practice management software (Dentrix Curve Fuse etc.)
• Solid understanding of HIPAA compliance patient relations and customer service best practices
• Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive patient experience
• The ability to do responsibilities highlighted in internal Office Manager training materials includes production collections AR oversight schedule management and operational accountability
