JOB SUMMARY / ABOUT THE ROLE:
Lemme Dental Studio is a modern patient-centered dental practice in Oak Harbor WA where exceptional care and genuine connection are at the heart of everything we do. Were looking for a warm skilled Dental Hygienist full-time or 3 days per week.
If youre the kind of hygienist who remembers a patients name picks up on their nerves and makes them feel genuinely cared for youll fit right in. We move efficiently behind the scenes but our patients feel like they have all the time in the world.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform thorough dental cleanings periodontal assessments and patient education.
- Build authentic rapport with patients of all ages and anxiety levels.
- Document charting and clinical notes accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with Dr. Lemme Dr. Bast and the care team.
- Contribute to a calm welcoming patient experience from check-in to checkout.
- Assist with digital X-rays and other in-office dental technology.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Active Washington State Registered Dental Hygienist license (required).
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Experience with dental software (Dentrix Eaglesoft or similar preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-first environment.
- Genuine passion for patient-centered care.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in a multi-provider dental practice.
- Familiarity with Invisalign implant maintenance or cosmetic dentistry workflows.
