Delivery Lead – Data Engineering & Data Platforms (FP&A Focus)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead Data Engineering & Data Platforms with strong Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) domain expertise to lead the design delivery and modernization of enterprise data platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a blend of technical depth delivery management stakeholder engagement and strategic data architecture experience.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in data engineering analytics platforms cloud technologies and enterprise-scale data transformation initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with senior business executives finance leadership data teams and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable high-performance data solutions that support financial planning forecasting reporting and advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise data engineering and data platform initiatives.
• Partner with FP&A Finance and executive leadership teams to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Design and implement modern data architectures supporting analytics reporting forecasting and machine learning workloads.
• Drive data integration data modeling data governance and data quality initiatives across multiple source systems.
• Architect and oversee large-scale data transformation programs involving structured and unstructured data.
• Lead development teams in building robust ETL/ELT pipelines and cloud-native data solutions.
• Ensure delivery excellence through effective planning execution risk management and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to establish data standards best practices and reusable frameworks.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineers architects and analysts.
• Present technical and business solutions to senior executives and key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 20 25 years of overall experience in Information Technology services across multiple industries.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale data engineering and analytics programs.
• Strong experience working directly with senior executives and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience delivering FP&A financial reporting forecasting and analytics solutions.

Data Engineering & Architecture

• 8 10 years of experience designing and implementing enterprise data platform architectures.
• Strong expertise in:

• Experience supporting advanced analytics reporting and business intelligence initiatives.

Cloud Technologies

• 3 years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Experience designing scalable cloud-native data platforms and data pipelines.

• Experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
• Experience building high-volume ETL/ELT data pipelines.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI development dashboards and data visualization.
• Experience implementing modern data governance metadata management and data quality frameworks.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices for data platforms.
