Job Summary
**Aerospace experience is a requirement for this position.** Sign-on Bonus of $2000 you receive half after 30 days of employment and the 2nd half after 60 days of employment**
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Hand finish / Deburr a wide variety of metal parts and castings for the aerospace industries
- Use hand and power tools to grind sand clean break edges and deburr parts in preparation for further finishing
Knowledge & Abilities:
- Ability to use basic deburring and hand-finishing tools including right angle grinders die grinders orbital sanders and air pens (manual and power)
- Knowledge and proper use of calipers torque wrenches
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 03 years of hand finishing experience preferred
- Ability to read and comprehend English preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Steady hand-eye coordination
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to twist/turn upper body as required
- Close vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus required
- Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
