In this role youll be the voice of our dealership-building strong relationships with customers through proactive outreach and helping connect them with the right vehicles and services. Youll play a key part in driving growth and customer satisfaction while developing valuable communication and sales skills.

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate appointments and sales opportunities.

• Communicate our dealerships value and services with professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure effective follow-up.

• Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Maintain a customer-first mindset in every conversation building rapport and trust.

• Previous experience in customer service call center or sales environments.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A positive energetic and professional attitude.

• Reliable driven and motivated to meet goals.

• Ability to learn quickly and use CRM or contact management software effectively.
