Position Responsibilities:

Independently manage one or multiple project clusters documentation administer the workflows and engage with the stakeholders across the organization to raise the bar in the quality. Perform quality review of technical documentation for accuracy contract compliance. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for other Quality Engineers process clarifications needs and decision making as required. Provide coordination and guidance of all engineering and architectural specifications design drawings and permit submittals for projects. Support the design managers to prepare complete and accurate documentation at various design phases and during construction handoff including but not limited to drawings specifications bill of materials calculations etc. Manages project archiving tracking processing and filing activities assist in naming standard versioning schema etc. Provides training initiatives for our internal and external partners and provides tactical support. Prepare ad hoc reports on projects progress Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and progress tracking. Independently works on process improvement initiative and new mechanism development efforts and sees these to completion including among others: requirements gatherings paper writing and presentation approval technical system development UAT implementation training user support and data analysis. Responsible for leading and driving process improvements as well as process design / redesign efforts. Own design development and maintenance of ongoing metrics reports analyses dashboards and support ad hoc reporting requests.

Position Requirements:

Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering Architecture or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept four years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Bachelors degree and two years of experience. Must have two years of experience in the following skill(s): (1) experience as a project engineer for large commercial construction projects; (2) experience in the design or construction industry; and (3) experience with design or construction management software including Autodesk BIM360 Bluebeam and Procore. Domestic and/or international travel up to 25% to perform role responsibilities may be required.
