What Youll Be Doing
Safely operate rail loadout equipment to load and move bulk materials efficiently and accurately.
Monitor loading processes and conduct routine inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with safety standards.
Perform basic equipment troubleshooting preventative maintenance and report repair needs promptly.
Coordinate with plant rail and logistics personnel to support efficient rail operations and shipment schedules.
Maintain accurate production and shipping records while keeping work areas clean and organized.

Ability to operate inspect and monitor industrial equipment in a fast-paced production environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with the capability to identify issues and take appropriate action.

Ability to perform physical job duties and work outdoors in varying environmental conditions.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug screen and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.

Starting pay $24.15 per hour DOE (depending on experience)
