Job Summary

Database Admin 3
Location: On-site in Austin Tx Must be local
Duration: 8 Months

The Database Developer / Administrator at this level will
Work as part of a Scrum Team
Complete user stories bugs and technical debt
Review update and develop PL/SQL including LRS and other Oracle Spatial operations
Integrate PL/SQL code into Azure DevOps code repository
Evaluate user requests for new data elements new features and provide any necessary technical assistance
Perform data modeling prototyping and maintain data dictionary ensuring uniformity of definitions and standards
Monitor database performance and recommend efficiency improvements
Help resolve database-related security risks and vulnerabilities
Assist with required reporting as established by the client

Oracle Spatial (dynamic segmentation LRS SDO)
Oracle PL/SQL
Version control systems (Azure DevOps GIT)
SQL Developer (or other like IDEs)
Esri ArcSDE (integration with Oracle Spatial)
Familiarity with
Azure DevOps (project management user stories/bugs/test cases etc.)
Eclipse
Agile methodology
