Dhaka Technologies Limited Company (DTLC) is hiring a Database Administrator (Vertica/Sybase) on behalf of its client Bank of America for a hybrid position in Jersey City NJ (3 days onsite 2 days remote).

• Database Administrator (Vertica Sybase) - 5-7 Years Experience
• Experienced Database Administrator with 5-7 years of expertise in Vertica Sybase ASE and Sybase IQ database environments.
• Responsible for database installation configuration performance tuning backup and recovery security administration high availability replication and production support.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Linux/Unix database monitoring troubleshooting and disaster recovery processes.
• Experience supporting mission-critical applications optimizing database performance managing upgrades and migrations and collaborating with application and infrastructure teams to ensure database reliability scalability and compliance.
• Exposure to automation scripting and modernization initiatives is preferred.
• SQL Foglight RDBMS knowledge
• Scripting SQL and knowledge of ServiceNow. AI
