Job Summary
Data Services Consultant to deliver Tier 1 Tier 2 engagements (data foundations cleansing and workflow automation) for small and mid-sized business clients. This is a generalist client-facing builder role: you will own projects end-to-end from discovery through go-live typically working solo or in a two-person pod on fixed-scope engagements of 4 10 weeks.
Key Responsibilities

Run client discovery sessions to assess data quality sources and manual workflow pain points

Cleanse deduplicate and standardize client data across spreadsheets CRMs and legacy systems

Build light-weight automations connecting business systems (Power Automate Apps Script or similar)

Configure and document a single source of truth (Dataverse BigQuery staging or equivalent)

Manage 2 3 concurrent SMB engagements with minimal oversight

Produce clear client-facing documentation and handoff materials at project close
Required Qualifications

2 4 years of experience in data analysis business systems or technical consulting

Working proficiency with Power Query/Power Automate or Google Apps Script/Cloud Functions

Comfortable working directly with non-technical small-business stakeholders

Strong written communication and ability to scope ambiguous requests into a fixed plan
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps Dataverse) or Google Workspace admin/AppSheet

Exposure to CRM data models (HubSpot Salesforce Essentials or similar)

Prior staff-augmentation or consulting-agency experience
