Job Overview:
As a Data Entry Specialist you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems. This will include product information sales orders customer information and other data as needed. You will work closely with our sales and production teams to ensure that all data is entered correctly and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain product information sales orders and customer information in our systems
- Verify the accuracy of data and make necessary corrections
- Communicate with sales and production teams to ensure timely and accurate data entry
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in data
- Prepare and generate reports as needed
- Keep track of inventory levels and update information accordingly
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
