Data Reporting Analyst

Job role: Data Reporting Analyst

Duration: 6 Months (Potential Contract-to-Hire)

Location: Brooklyn NY Hybrid

Position Summary:

The Data / Reporting Analyst will support finance transformation and reporting modernization initiatives focused on systems integration reporting automation structured data and management analytics. This role will work closely with Finance Operations Supply and external vendors to improve reporting efficiency strengthen data integrity and enhance management visibility across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Systems Integration & Data Structure

• Support deeper utilization and integration of CTRM ERP general ledger and related operational systems.
• Support development and optimization of reporting data architecture including data modeling and integration of operational and financial data across source systems and the general ledger.
• Assist with creating and maintaining structured reporting datasets supporting scalable dashboards analytics reconciliations KPI reporting and management reporting initiatives.
• Support integration of operational source systems with the general ledger including automated data reconciliation and exception-based data validation processes.

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop and maintain recurring financial and operational reporting packages dashboards KPI reporting and management analytics tools.
• Support automation and standardization of recurring reporting and operational workflows including daily reporting month-end reporting variance analysis and operational reporting processes through enhanced system functionality and scalable reporting solutions.
• Build and maintain structured reporting outputs supporting inventory supply and trading analysis pricing reconciliations working capital visibility and management reporting.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies and related business intelligence data transformation and visualization tools preferred.
• Experience with Python and related data engineering automation or analytics libraries is a plus.
• Understanding of accounting reconciliations financial reporting inventory supply and trading or operational workflows preferred.
• Experience working with ERP CTRM billing or operational systems is a plus.
