Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Management Assistant to support our real estate operations by maintaining accurate records updating databases and organizing property and client information. The ideal candidate will assist with data entry reporting document management and administrative support to help ensure efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter update and maintain property client and transaction data in company systems
- Organize and manage digital files databases and records
- Verify information for accuracy and completeness
- Generate reports spreadsheets and data summaries for management
- Assist with CRM updates and lead tracking
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and company information
- Support transaction coordination and document processing
- Monitor data quality and correct inconsistencies
- Assist departments with administrative and reporting tasks
- Coordinate with agents property managers and office staff regarding data updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in data entry administrative support or database management preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent typing and computer abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and spreadsheet software
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential information responsibly
