We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist. This important role involves accurately inputting updating and managing data across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy excellent organizational skills a team mentality and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update data into various systems with precision and speed always ensuring accuracy
• Assist with other administrative support services as requested. This may include calendar management file management and meeting organization

Qualifications

• Proven clerical or office experience including data entry and administrative support roles
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The pay range for this position is $20-$26 per hour based upon the candidates relevant experience.
